Designated Chairman of the Board of Directors and Designated CEO
Dr. Reinhard Kalenda is CEO of HOCHTIEF AirPort and has in addition assumed the role of managing Budapest Airport for the interim period following the entry of HOCHTIEF AirPort in the airport company in June 2007.
After studying at the technical universities of Aachen and Munich, he graduated in engineering and then worked as a project engineer for a number of firms in Germany and overseas.
In 1995, he became Managing Director of HOCHTIEF Project Development - which was then responsible for the company\'s airport management activities - until he was appointed CEO of the newly founded HOCHTIEF AirPort GmbH at the end of 1997.
Dr. Kalenda is a Member of the Supervisory Boards of Athens International Airport S.A. and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Tirana International Airport SHPK.

Deputy CEO and Designated Business Development Director
Dimitrios Gatsonis, who has an MBA and a degree in Industrial Engineering, looks back on more than 18 years experience in management consulting and project management in the logistics, transport and aviation industry. In 1999, Gatsonis joined HOCHTIEF AirPort, where he assumed responsibility for the strategic development of Athens International Airport and also worked in the field of IT&T strategy.
Between 2003 and 2005, he was Managing Director of HOCHTIEF Australia Holdings Ltd., based in Sydney, and Chairman of Airport Strategic Consultants Pty Ltd. During this period, he acted as an adviser to Sydney Airport during the transition phase post privatization and the preparation of the master plan for the airport. After re-joining HOCHTIEF AirPort in 2005, he was appointed Director Aviation.
